Using a standard pavlova recipe bake two even-sized pavlovas.
Place Barker’s Fruit Silk on top of one and spread out evenly.
Place other pavlova on top.
Decorate the top of the pavlova using a combination of fresh fruit.
Lightly dust the top of the fresh fruit with icing sugar.
Note: You can also add fresh cream to the fruit silks at 50% cream/50% Fruit Silk flavour.
