500g mixed green vegetables (chopped)
150g grated cheese
300ml cream
200ml eggs
200g Barker’s Sage & Onion Savoury Filling
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
Blanch the chopped vegetables.
Place in a standard quiche tin lined with a shortcrust or flaky pastry.
Sprinkle over the cheese.
Mix the remaining ingredients and seasoning, and pour over the vegetables.
Cook for approximately 40 minutes at 170°C fan bake or 190°C standard bake.
Note: Cover the quiche with foil for the first 30 minutes to prevent the top vegetables from overcooking
