MANGO MUESLI

Method

Using a parfait or tumbler glass fill:

• one third with toasted muesli
• one third with Barker’s Mango Patisserie Filling 
• one third with plain yoghurt

Decorate the top with pecan nuts and a sprig of mint leaves.
